Shipping & Delivery Policy of Stealodeal
We deliver all across India. Orders are generally processed on the same day i.e. the items ordered are shipped within 24 hours* (except during Holidays), so that you get your items as fast as possible, however, orders may be delayed depending on quantity ordered and our inventory. If we are not able to ship within 24 hours we will contact you by email/ contact numbers, as provided by you. Order confirmations will be emailed to you.
Terms And Conditions For Shipping Within 24 Hours:

24 hours dispatch window is after the order gets approved.

All orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next working day.

Our general working hours are 10 am to 7pm and we work from Monday to Saturday.

How to track your order
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that although tracking numbers are provided for every shipment, some shipments may not be tracked due to the technical failure. In this case, you should remain patient and write to us.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges entirely depend on the location and weight of the item product you have ordered. Before the final checkout page the cost of shipping will be shown and you have the option not to complete the order if you for any reason change your mind. All tax rates will be inclusive. Any extra charges incurred due to buyers’ specifications (gift wraps etc) will be borne by buyer only.
Back-Orders
If any product which you have ordered have gone on back-order then we will again ship you the part of your order that is in stock and when the product becomes available we will ship you the rest of your placed order. We will not charge you any additional shipping and handling cost for the second shipment. We keep the right to ourselves to refuse the shipment of any order, in a rare case.
