Returns, Refunds and Exchanges at Stealodeal
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. On the off chance, if you are not sure about the product you are ordering or you don't know about the item you are requesting, please reach us for demo or samples. In the occasion of the damaged item or any manufacturing issues are discovered within two weeks of delivery date, an immediate replacement item will be issued at no additional cost.
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
1. Please use the Contact us form to request a refund and we will assign you a RGA/ pickup; or
2. Mail/ courier your returned item to: Stealodeal full address
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items need to be returned in original packaging with original sales receipt.
Items products that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are returned at purchaser's expense and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Any shipping and handling charges paid by the customer on any order will not be refunded, while returning the orders.
If a Customer wants to exchange any item then it is possible only if the item is in new condition, and the exchange can be made from the same category only. You won't be liable to a restocking fee in this situation, however despite everything you should pay return shipping. The difference in price of the original item and the exchanged item will be charged/ refunded to the original user account. Extra shipping charges may be included.
*Note :- We do not have " Money Refund " Policy. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the item if the same is defective.
You can cancel your order online before an item has been dispatched. Your full order amount will be refunded.
On the off chance that the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, the order can still be cancelled online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled if the item has been delivered to you.
